Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets lemon pepper garlic powder 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup water 1/4 cup vegetable oil salt
Directions
Sprinkle fillets with salt, lemon pepper and garlic powder Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, water and oil and marinate the fillets in soy mixture for 2 hours or more. Remove from marinade and grill for 7 minutes per side.

Ingredients
675 g salmon fillets 80 ml soy sauce 75 g brown sugar 80 ml water 60 ml vegetable oil
Seasoning of salmon fillets
lemon pepper garlic powder salt use to taste
Directions
Stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved.
Add to the salmon fillets the seasoning of lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt.
Place the seasoned fish in a plastic bag with the soy sauce mixture and sealthe bag. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Preheat and lightly oil the grill grate and then place the salmon on the grill. (Discard the marinade). Cook the salmon for approx 7 minutes per side. Serve
