Rava Paniyaram

Rava Paniyaram is my favourite dish. It's very easy to prepare.
Rava - 1 cup
Maida - 1 cup
Sugar 1.5 cup
Banana - 1
Egg - 1
cashew nuts - 10 gms(fried in oil or ghee)
pinch of baking soda and salt.
Soak the rava in half cup of water for 15 mts. Mash the banana and keep it aside. And then mix the maida, sugar, cahewnuts, egg and banana together. Mix it well. Make a thick batter. Pour some oil in a kadai (cooking pot). Heat it and then pour a table spoon quantity of batter in the oil. Fry till golden brown on both sides. Tasty sweet Rava Paniyaram is ready.
